Why Sussex?

Why is the Sussex Mad site based around mostly what's happening in Sussex? Well its simply that I currently live in Sussex, so its where I know the most about what's going on. I am not Sussex born and bred, I was actually born in Rayleigh in Essex and have also lived in Kent, London and Hampshire. This site is mostly about what is going on in the wonderful world of mental health here in sunny Sussex, I also plan to cover any big mental health news stories from the rest of the UK and even the world too.

So, if you have any interesting mental health news from Sussex, or in fact anywhere at all in the world that you think the visitors to this site would be interested in, please send it to me so I can add it.
